First downs count the play record's total flags, including recorded penalty awards; they can differ from drive summaries. Conversion attempts use recorded converted and failed down flags, including flagged kneels. Nullified downs, punts and field goals are not inferred attempts.
Inside-20 drives have a recorded down starting closer than 20 yards from the opponent's goal line. Reaching only the 20 is excluded. Only touchdowns for the possessing team on those drives count. This definition is not an official league red-zone ranking.
Possession includes overtime. Time is minutes:seconds; per-game time is rounded to the nearest second. Possession share divides the team's recorded seconds by the full elapsed time of its counted games, including overtime. Rates use summed opportunities and zero opportunities have no percentage.
