The source lists 77 active, practice-squad, and reserve-list entries after released and transferred entries are excluded; 53 carry its ACT designation. An active-roster label is not a guarantee that a player will dress for a particular game.

One Rams franchise across three cities
The Rams joined the NFL in Cleveland in 1937, moved to Los Angeles in 1946, moved to St. Louis in 1995, and returned to Los Angeles in 2016. Those city names describe successive chapters of one franchise. The results archive below therefore includes St. Louis seasons under today’s Los Angeles Rams heading.
The archive begins in 1999. Its totals are for the covered years, so they leave out the Cleveland era, the first Los Angeles era and the first four St. Louis seasons. They are not complete all-time franchise totals.
How the stadium timeline fits the city changes
1946–1979: the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum was the Rams’ home during their first decades in Southern California.
1980–1994: the team played at Anaheim Stadium while retaining the Los Angeles Rams name.
1995–2015: the St. Louis period included home games at Busch Stadium and the city’s new dome in the 1995 season.
2016–2019: the returning Los Angeles Rams used the Coliseum again.
From 2020: SoFi Stadium in Inglewood became their home, shared with the Chargers.
A stadium’s municipality and a team’s name are not always identical. Anaheim and Inglewood are part of the Rams’ Southern California story even though the team name says Los Angeles.
Four championship seasons, two Super Bowl wins
Cleveland won the NFL championship in 1945, and Los Angeles won it in 1951. Both titles predate the Super Bowl. St. Louis won Super Bowl XXXIV for the 1999 season, beating the Tennessee Titans 23–16 in January 2000.
Los Angeles added Super Bowl LVI for the 2021 season, beating Cincinnati 23–20 at SoFi Stadium on February 13, 2022. Cooper Kupp was the game’s MVP. The four title seasons are thus 1945, 1951, 1999 and 2021; describing all four as Super Bowl wins would combine two different championship formats. The 2022 calendar date does not make LVI part of the 2022 season.
