The inactive lists for Sunday’s eight early Week 8 games are out, and most of the big names who were questionable will play. New York Jets running back Breece Hall is inactive with a quad injury for the game against the Las Vegas Raiders, so Braelon Allen is expected to lead the backfield. Dallas Cowboys receiver George Pickens, Buffalo Bills receiver DJ Moore and tight end Dalton Kincaid, Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Jakobi Meyers and Tennessee Titans receiver Calvin Ridley are all active. Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor is also active in Jacksonville.

  • Already ruled out: A.J. Brown, TreVeyon Henderson, DeVonta Smith, Emeka Egbuka, Carnell Tate, Tyjae Spears and Vega Ioane
  • Early kickoffs were at 1 p.m. ET, which is 8 p.m. in Cairo, and the late-window lists come out about 90 minutes before the 4:05 and 4:25 p.m. ET games

Ravens at Bills: Moore and Kincaid play, Spencer Brown sits

DJ Moore (shoulder) and Dalton Kincaid (chest) were both questionable and both are active for Buffalo. Moore has been playing through a sternoclavicular joint injury for about a month, and he said this week he is finally feeling more normal. Right tackle Spencer Brown (back), cornerback Dee Alford and defensive lineman Greg Gaines are inactive, along with Skyler Bell, Jalon Kilgore, Mike Danna and Ar’maj Reed-Adams.

Baltimore’s inactives are guard Vega Ioane and safety Jaylinn Hawkins, who were both ruled out on Friday, plus cornerback Chandler Rivers, receiver Elijah Sarratt, guard Emery Jones, defensive tackle Aeneas Peebles and emergency third quarterback Joe Fagnano. Running back Adam Randall (neck) and cornerback T.J. Tampa (knee) are active. Lamar Jackson was back at quarterback for Baltimore.

Raiders at Jets: Breece Hall misses another game

Hall was questionable after limited practices, and the Jets ruled him inactive again. Rookie edge rusher David Bailey (groin), who was doubtful, is also out, along with Joseph Ossai, Max Mitchell, Kohl Levao, Tim Patrick and Nahshon Wright. Defensive tackle T’Vondre Sweat was ruled out on Friday and is on injured reserve. Guard Dylan Parham (knee) is active.

For Las Vegas, rookie receiver Jack Bech is active in his first game since being activated from injured reserve, and Jackson Powers-Johnson (back) is also active. The Raiders’ inactives are Dont’e Thornton Jr., Malik Benson, Tristin McCollum, Dalton Johnson, Bryce Cabeldue, JJ Pegues and emergency third quarterback Aidan O’Connell.

Cardinals at Cowboys: Pickens is active

George Pickens, who was questionable with shoulder and hamstring injuries, is active, and so are defensive tackles Kenny Clark (back) and Jonathan Bullard (calf), linebacker Marist Liufau and safety P.J. Locke, who was activated from injured reserve on Saturday. KaVontae Turpin (ribs), Dee Winters (calf), Luke Schoonmaker (groin), Shavon Revel Jr., Tyrus Wheat and Drew Shelton are inactive. Arizona will be without defensive lineman Walter Nolen III and lineman Jon Gaines II (ankles).

Late games still to come

Denver receiver Jaylen Waddle (chest) and defensive lineman Zach Allen (hamstring), Los Angeles Rams cornerback Trent McDuffie (groin) and Patriots cornerback Carlton Davis (neck) are among the questionable players in the late window. The Chiefs had already ruled out Mansoor Delane and L’Jarius Sneed for Denver. The late Saturday downgrades are here, and Saturday’s injury news is here.

The why matters.
