The Los Angeles Rams signed veteran inside linebacker Eric Kendricks to their practice squad on October 6.

A practice-squad contract does not establish a game-day role.

Previous NFL stops

Minnesota selected Kendricks 45th overall in the 2015 draft. He played for the Vikings from 2015 through 2022, earning first-team All-Pro honors for the 2019 season, before joining the Chargers in 2023 and the Cowboys in 2024.

Kendricks joined San Francisco’s practice squad on November 26, 2025. He appeared in three regular-season games, starting once, and the 49ers promoted him to their active roster on January 7, 2026, ahead of the playoffs. Those dated stops show the experience he brings to Los Angeles without fixing how the Rams will use him.
