The league’s full “Novemberfest” fan program for Patriots vs. Lions in Munich: a free Patriots Haus with all six Super Bowl rings, a 1,500-guest Boston in Bavaria party at the Augustiner Stammhaus, pubs and houses from nine more clubs, a city quiz rally and a Pumuckl collection, with ET and Cairo times.

The NFL has published the full programme for Munich game week, and it is much bigger than the Lions’ fan festival. Under the banner “Novemberfest,” the league’s German office has mapped out free fan events across the city center for the days before Patriots vs. Lions at the Allianz Arena on Sunday, November 15. Eleven clubs are taking part: the two teams in the game and nine others that are opening pubs, houses and pop-up stores for their German fans.

The biggest new piece is New England’s. The Patriots, the designated road team, have booked a two-day “Patriots Haus” with all six of their Super Bowl rings and a Saturday “Boston in Bavaria” party for up to 1,500 people at one of Munich’s oldest beer halls. Detroit’s plans at Odeonsplatz, with Big Sean and Kevin Saunderson, are in our Munich and Madrid game-week guide.

Patriots Haus: six rings, a Brady glove and a shuttle bus

The Patriots Haus is at Herrschaftszeiten – Das Paulaner im Tal, Tal 12, a hall the club has used as its Munich base for fans since 2024. It is open on Friday, November 13, and Saturday, November 14, from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., and entry is free. The main program runs from 6 to 7 p.m. on Friday and from 10 to 11 p.m. on Saturday.

Four former Patriots will be there: Sebastian Vollmer, the German tackle who won two Super Bowls in New England, kicker Stephen Gostkowski, quarterback Brian Hoyer and receiver Troy Brown, with the Patriots cheerleaders and mascot Pat Patriot. Hall of Fame pieces on display include all six Super Bowl rings, a glove worn by Tom Brady and a shoe worn by Drew Bledsoe, next to a wall of classic magazine covers. Fans can try a quarterback throwing challenge, use a team photo booth and enter draws for signed prizes.

A Patriots shuttle bus will run on Friday and Saturday between the NFL Shop at Stachus and the Patriots Haus. Scanning the QR code on the bus enters fans into a draw for a trip to a Patriots home game in Foxborough. The Haus stays open on game day, and the Patriots’ “Legendary Tour” of Germany, with Hall of Fame exhibits and a piece of Gillette Stadium turf, also ends in Munich that weekend.

Boston in Bavaria at the Augustiner Stammhaus

On Saturday the club and Meet Boston, the city’s official tourism agency, take over the Augustiner Stammhaus at Neuhauser Straße 27, a short walk from Marienplatz. Doors open at 10 a.m. and the party runs until midnight, with the main program from 4 to 6:30 p.m. and a DJ after that. Entry is free, with room for up to 1,500 fans and guests.

The legends, cheerleaders and Pat Patriot will be there, along with prize draws and a raffle for tickets to Sunday’s game. The Bavarian part of the program is a ceremonial keg tapping, a nail-hammering contest known as Wettnageln and Maßkrugstemmen, in which contestants hold a full one-liter beer stein at arm’s length for as long as they can.

Two of the legends also have solo appearances that Saturday. Troy Brown meets fans at 1 p.m. at a pop-up store in the GALERIA department store on Marienplatz, and Hoyer signs at 2 p.m. at the club’s partner travel agency in the Kaufingertor Passage, Kaufingerstraße 9. On Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., the Munich streetwear label Distorted People releases its second limited Patriots collection, after a first drop at the 2025 Berlin game. It includes a bomber jacket, a flannel shirt, a knitted sweater and a special jersey made with Mitchell & Ness, sold only in its store at Auenstraße 2 while stock lasts.

NFL Deutschland brings partners and fans to the Oktoberfest ahead of the Munich game, October 3.

The week in Munich, ET and Cairo time

Munich will be on Central European Time, UTC+1, that week. That makes it six hours ahead of U.S. Eastern time and one hour behind Cairo, which moved to winter time, UTC+2, this month.

Nine more clubs open pubs and houses

Nine other clubs are bringing something to Munich, even though they are not playing. Seattle, the Super Bowl LX champion, will put its new ring on show. Green Bay and Kansas City, who met in the first Super Bowl in January 1967, are also sharing a pop-up team store at the FancyRosi Studio, Rosental 5. It is open on Thursday, November 12, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with former players from both clubs, beer-stein-themed pins and Oktoberfest-style Chiefs gear.

A quiz rally, a Pumuckl collection and the league’s own party

On Friday and Saturday the league is running a free NFL Quiz Rallye across the city. Fans scan a QR code at team pubs, the NFL Shop and other league locations, answer a question about the team and collect a digital badge in the NFL OnePass app. There is no set route or starting point. Collecting every badge enters fans into a draw for signed team items, merchandise, tickets to the 2027 Berlin game and sideline passes for the Munich game.

The NFL Shop at Neuhauser Straße 47 opens on Thursday, November 12, and stays open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Monday, November 16, except on game day. It will stock jerseys for all 32 clubs, exclusive Munich game items and limited collections, and players and legends will appear there. With the Bavariashop, the league has also launched a licensed collection featuring Pumuckl, the red-haired goblin from Munich’s best-loved children’s stories, under the slogan “MVP – Most Valuable Pumuckl.” Pumuckl appears as a football player on T-shirts, hoodies, scarves, mugs, socks, pins and key rings, and the collection has been on sale since October 15.

The league’s own NFL Pre-Game Party is on Saturday from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. at the P1 club, Prinzregentenstraße 1. On Thursday, November 12, mixed teams of players with and without disabilities will compete in the Special Olympics x NFL Flag Unified Games in Freiham. The Lions’ Fan Fest at Odeonsplatz on Friday and Saturday will add a Mom’s Spaghetti food truck from Eminem’s Detroit restaurant, selling pasta, “S’ghetti” sandwiches and a Mom’s x Detroit Lions merchandise line sold only at the festival.

The Lions open free Fan Fest registration for Munich, October 21.

Game day at the Allianz Arena

Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. in Munich, 9:30 a.m. ET and 4:30 p.m. in Cairo, with Detroit as the home team in Week 10. LaBrassBanda will play the German anthem, Drew Baldridge will sing the U.S. anthem, and Cage The Elephant will play halftime, one of seven international halftime shows this season, listed in our international halftime guide. The Lions will run their own area inside the league’s game-day fan experience at the stadium, but the league has not yet published the times or program for that zone.

Munich is the second-to-last stop of the season’s international tour. It comes a week after Bengals-Falcons at the Bernabéu on November 8, whose anthem singers are in our Madrid anthems story, and a week before Vikings-49ers, the league’s first Sunday night game abroad, at Estadio Banorte on November 22. The Mexico City fan program is in our Barrio NFL guide.
