Bijan Robinson is back on top of the NFL’s yards-from-scrimmage list. The Atlanta running back has 785 yards after Week 6, 641 rushing and 144 receiving, and leads Kansas City’s Kenneth Walker III by 25 yards.
Robinson took the lead on a quiet day. He had 61 rushing yards and minus-8 receiving yards for a season-low 53 in the Falcons’ 31–23 home loss to Chicago. That was enough because Detroit’s Jahmyr Gibbs, who led with 747 after Week 5, was on a bye. Robinson had been 15 yards behind Gibbs and finished Week 6 38 yards ahead of him.
Walker made the biggest move among the leaders. He had 128 rushing yards and 11 receiving yards, 139 in all, in the Chiefs’ 22–6 win over the Los Angeles Chargers and climbed from fourth to second. He has played five games to Robinson’s six, and his 152.0 yards per game are the most in the league.
