On Thursday night, November 30, 2023, the Dallas Cowboys beat the Seattle Seahawks 41-35 at AT&T Stadium after trailing by five points with seven minutes left. DK Metcalf caught three touchdown passes for Seattle, but Dallas scored the last 11 points of the game. Dak Prescott threw three touchdown passes without an interception, Tony Pollard ran for a score, Brandon Aubrey kicked four field goals, and CeeDee Lamb caught 12 passes. The turning point was a fourth-and-1 stop by DeMarcus Lawrence that kept Seattle’s 35-30 lead from growing.
Dallas entered at 8-3 and left at 9-3. Seattle, 6-5 coming in, fell to 6-6.

Prescott answered with a 15-yard touchdown pass to Lamb, and in the second quarter he threw 7 yards to Brandin Cooks to make it 17-7. Official NFL highlights of Seattle at Dallas in Week 13.
A scramble, a Pollard run, and one interception
Smith scrambled 5 yards for a touchdown midway through the third quarter, and Seattle led 28-20. Pollard answered with a 6-yard touchdown run, and Dallas was back within a point. Then Smith’s pass intended for Tyler Lockett was intercepted by DaRon Bland near the Seattle 38 — the only turnover of the night. Dallas could not cash it in. On fourth-and-2 Prescott’s pass to Lamb fell incomplete, and the quarter ended with Seattle ahead 28-27.
Metcalf made it 35-27 with a 3-yard catch on the second play of the fourth quarter, his third touchdown. Aubrey kicked a 38-yard field goal to make it 35-30, and the game came down to the next Seattle possession.
Fourth-and-1, then Dallas takes the lead
Seattle started at its own 25 and worked to the Dallas 46 with 7:08 left. On fourth-and-1, Charbonnet ran left and Lawrence met him for no gain. The Cowboys took over. Our fourth-down guide covers how teams weigh a punt, a field goal and a try; here a conversion would have let Seattle keep running the clock with a five-point lead, and a failure handed Prescott the ball at midfield.
Dallas needed only a few minutes. Lamb caught a 10-yarder, Pollard ran 16 yards, and Prescott scrambled for 8 to the Seattle 7. After a delay-of-game penalty, Prescott hit Jake Ferguson for a 12-yard touchdown with 4:41 left. The Cowboys went for two, and Prescott found Cooks to make it 38-35.
Seattle’s last two drives both ended on fourth down. At 3:16, Smith’s deep throw to Jaxon Smith-Njigba fell incomplete on fourth-and-4 from the Seattle 49. Aubrey then kicked a 32-yard field goal with 1:46 left to make it 41-35. Seattle got the ball back at its own 25 and moved to midfield with completions to Lockett (17 yards) and Noah Fant (8), but a fourth-and-2 pass at 1:11 fell incomplete. Prescott knelt twice to finish it.
