Lamar Jackson will not play Sunday night against the Atlanta Falcons. The Baltimore Ravens have ruled out their quarterback with the ankle injury that kept him out of practice all week.
Huntley takes over
Tyler Huntley, who finished the Week 4 win over the Tennessee Titans after Jackson was hurt, will start in his place. Ravens coach Jesse Minter had said earlier in the week that Jackson might not need to practice to be available, but after Jackson missed every session the team decided to rule him out.
Another starter sidelined
Outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson (finger) was also ruled out for Baltimore. Sunday’s game in Atlanta will be the Ravens’ first without Jackson this season; the team has not said whether the ankle could keep him out beyond Week 5.
