Advance guide checked October 3, 2026. Minnesota visits New Orleans at Caesars Superdome on Sunday, October 11, with kickoff scheduled for noon CDT. That is noon in Minneapolis, 1 p.m. EDT, 11 a.m. MDT, 10 a.m. PDT, 17:00 UTC and 6 p.m. BST. New Orleans first hosts Atlanta on Monday, October 5, so its preparation for Minnesota follows a shorter week.
FOX is the confirmed television assignment. Check the local listing for your market: a regional Sunday-afternoon game is not carried by every FOX station. The Week 5 coverage map and television crew were not confirmed in the sources checked for this advance guide. WWL 870 AM and 105.3 FM are listed for Saints radio.
In the United States, FOX Sports streaming follows the local game and requires an eligible TV-provider sign-in. NFL+ offers live local regular-season games on phones and tablets; NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube or YouTube TV covers eligible out-of-market Sunday-afternoon games. Check your location and subscription before choosing a service. These arrangements do not establish viewing rights outside the United States.
Do not arrive expecting a space in the main stadium garages. The Saints game-day guide says those garage spaces are sold in advance to season-ticket holders. Lot 3 has limited first-come game-day parking, including space for oversized vehicles, without a guarantee of availability. Garage clearance is 6 feet 6 inches. The Saints specify pre-purchased passes for the ADA East and West lots on Sugar Bowl Drive; confirm the correct pass rather than relying on general event-parking information.
For rideshare, use the designated Poydras Street zone between Loyola Avenue and Carondelet Street, then walk west toward the stadium for about three blocks. After the game, follow the signs east along Poydras and request pickup once you reach the geofenced zone. Accessible drop-off uses a different arrangement; check it separately if that walk is unsuitable.
Use the mobile-ticket guide to access tickets and parking passes in the Saints or SeatGeek app before leaving. Open the Personal Game Plan on your ticket: it gives the designated entry and exit gates for your seat. Keep the ticket ready before the security checkpoint, and use the exterior plaza to reach the assigned entrance. Ticket help is available at the box office outside Gate A Ground and near ticket-scanning locations.
Under the standing game-day timetable, stadium gates open two hours before kickoff, which means 10 a.m. Central for this noon start. Champions Square Tailgate opens three hours before kickoff, at 9 a.m., for ticketed guests. Screening and ticket scanning happen at its street-level entrances on LaSalle Street by Dave Dixon Drive or Sugar Bowl Drive. Entering the square starts the no-re-entry restriction, so finish any trip back to your vehicle first. Recheck the fan game-day playbook for changes before October 11.
The NFL bag and screening policy permits a clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches, a one-gallon clear bag, or a small clutch up to 4.5 × 6.5 inches. Choose a plain clear tote to avoid uncertainty over bag styles. Diaper bags must meet the clear-bag rules. Medically necessary items can receive an exception after inspection and tagging. Open your approved bag for screening; entrances also have express lanes for guests without bags.
Concessions, merchandise and parking are cashless. If you need to convert cash, ask Guest Services for the nearest cash-to-debit-card location rather than planning to pay a vendor directly.
Call Saints ticket services at 504-731-1700 about seating needs. The Superdome accessibility guide identifies Gate A Ground for accessible drop-off and warns that postgame pickup can move toward the north island on Poydras nearest the ramp because of traffic. Follow staff directions for the return pickup.
ADA Greeters at main entrances can assist with travel to and from seating sections, but cannot assist outside the facility or in Champions Square. Ask for the return-service number and call roughly 15 minutes before the event ends. Wheelchair loans are limited and require government-issued ID; ask Guest Services for the current collection point rather than counting on a chair being available. Sensory bags are also available at Gate F with ID; Guest Services can direct you to a quiet room. Seat exchanges depend on availability, so a game-day move is not assured.
Week 5 injury decisions and game-day inactive lists still need checking nearer kickoff. Earlier-week injury labels in the team panels do not establish who will play against Minnesota. Check the outdoor travel weather near departure even though the game is indoors.
Line judge Jeff Seeman will sit two games and referee Adrian Hill one after on-camera confrontations with players during Week 4.
The No. 8 overall pick is still working with trainers, and the earliest reported return is Week 7 in Paris, with the bye making Week 9 against Cleveland a likelier target.
Atlanta ran for five touchdowns to tie a club record and moved into a share of first place in the NFC South, but lost Za’Darius Smith and Jake Matthews to injuries.
