Marlon Humphrey and Andrew Vorhees missed Wednesday’s practice, while Durham Smythe is on injured reserve. The pair’s availability for Atlanta remains unresolved.

Marlon Humphrey and Andrew Vorhees did not participate in Baltimore’s October 7 practice ahead of the trip to Atlanta. Humphrey was listed with hamstring/calf injuries and Vorhees with a foot injury. Their absence does not establish whether either player will be available against Atlanta.

What Minter said

Asked whether Vorhees or other injured players might need injured reserve, coach Jesse Minter identified Durham Smythe as the main case. He expressed confidence about the others while allowing that their injuries could limit them briefly. That assessment does not confirm availability for Sunday.

Smythe is on injured reserve

Smythe was already on injured reserve by Wednesday. That separates his situation from the practice absences of Humphrey and Vorhees.

The next practice reports and game-status decisions will clarify Baltimore’s options. Wednesday’s absences alone do not establish who will play or start against Atlanta.

The why matters.
