Super Bowl LXI is locked for Sunday, February 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California — Valentine’s Day and the day before Presidents’ Day — and it will be the first Super Bowl produced by Disney’s sports network.
The traditional English telecast, set in the October 7 plan, airs on ABC and Disney’s sports network, with the same feed available to stream on Disney+ and the ESPN App. Joe Buck and Troy Aikman call the game, with Lisa Salters and Laura Rutledge on the sidelines. Spanish-language coverage runs on ESPN Deportes and also streams on Disney+.
Why this broadcast is different
ABC has not carried a Super Bowl since February 2006, and Disney’s sports network has never produced one. Outside the United States, Disney+ will stream the presentation in more than 55 international markets, and Disney’s linear sports channels will carry the game in more than 130 countries and territories, according to the same October announcement.
The ESPN App will also carry the ManningCast with Peyton and Eli Manning on ESPN2, plus studio programming through Super Bowl week. Schedule listings currently place kickoff at 6:30 p.m. Eastern; SoFi Stadium’s public event page still lists the start time as TBA, so treat the Eastern window as the published TV slot until the league posts a final clock time.
What is still open
Participating teams are months away. The NFL has not named a halftime headliner as of mid-October 2026, and entertainment details remain unverified. Official ticket and hospitality packages for the game are sold through On Location; a public single-game inventory sale has not been announced.
Commercial inventory for the telecast is already gone. Disney said on its fiscal third-quarter 2026 earnings call that its networks sold out Super Bowl LXI ads earlier than any previous network, with 58 brands across 34 categories.
The road into Los Angeles
A week-long beach broadcast hub opens in Santa Monica on February 8, with a free fan activation on the Santa Monica Pier. That week sits two weeks after the conference championships and closes the postseason that opens with Wild Card Weekend on January 16–18, 2027.
The completed Super Bowl LX result — Seattle’s 29–13 win over New England on February 8, 2026 — and the full Super Bowl archive remain on our Super Bowl hub. This page covers how LXI will be carried, not who will play in it.
