Buccaneers beat Washington 14–13 in the Divisional round

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat Washington 14–13 at home at Raymond James Stadium in the Divisional round of the 1999 playoffs on January 15, 2000. The final margin was a single point.

Washington went 10–6 in the regular season and the Buccaneers went 11–5. The Buccaneers’ run ended in the NFC Championship Game, a 11–6 loss to the St. Louis Rams. The loss ended Washington’s season. Washington’s 13 points were their fewest in any game of 1999.
