The St. Louis Rams beat the Carolina Panthers 48–14 at home at Dome at America's Center in Week 9 of the 2001 regular season on November 11, 2001.

The result moved the Rams to 7–1 and dropped the Panthers to 1–8. It was the Panthers’ eighth straight loss. The Panthers finished 2001 at 1–15 and missed the playoffs. The Rams finished 2001 at 14–2 and lost Super Bowl XXXVI. The Rams’ 48 points were their most in any game of 2001.
