The New England Patriots beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 51–17 at home at Gillette Stadium in Week 3 of the 2015 regular season on September 27, 2015.

The result moved the Patriots to 3–0 and dropped the Jaguars to 1–2. It was the Patriots’ third straight win. The Jaguars finished 2015 at 5–11 and missed the playoffs. The Patriots finished 2015 at 12–4 and lost in the AFC Championship Game. The Patriots’ 51 points were their most in any game of 2015.
