Broncos beat Patriots 26–16 in the AFC Championship Game

The Denver Broncos beat the New England Patriots 26–16 at home at Sports Authority Field at Mile High in the AFC Championship Game of the 2013 playoffs on January 19, 2014.

The Patriots went 12–4 in the regular season and the Broncos went 13–3. The Broncos had already beaten the San Diego Chargers in the Divisional round. The Broncos’ run ended in the Super Bowl XLVIII, a 43–8 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The loss ended the Patriots’ season.

In their previous meeting, the New England Patriots won 34–31 on November 24, 2013. When they met again, the New England Patriots won 43–21 on November 2, 2014.
