Bears beat Lions 24–0 in 2001 Week 16

The Chicago Bears beat the Detroit Lions 24–0 on the road at Pontiac Silverdome in Week 16 of the 2001 regular season on December 30, 2001. The Bears shut out the Lions.

The result moved the Bears to 12–3 and dropped the Lions to 1–14. It was the Bears’ third straight win. The Bears finished 2001 at 13–3 and lost in the Divisional round. The Lions finished 2001 at 2–14 and missed the playoffs.
