The New England Patriots beat the Seattle Seahawks 30–20 at home at Gillette Stadium in Week 6 of the 2004 regular season on October 17, 2004.

The result moved the Patriots to 5–0 and dropped the Seahawks to 3–2. It was the Patriots’ fifth straight win. The Seahawks finished 2004 at 9–7 and lost in the Wild Card round. The Patriots finished 2004 at 14–2 and won Super Bowl XXXIX.
