The Oakland Raiders beat the Tennessee Titans 52–25 at home at Network Associates Coliseum in Week 4 of the 2002 regular season on September 29, 2002.

The result moved the Raiders to 3–0 and dropped the Titans to 1–3. It was the Raiders’ third straight win. It was the Titans’ third straight loss. The Titans finished 2002 at 11–5 and lost in the AFC Championship Game. The Raiders finished 2002 at 11–5 and lost Super Bowl XXXVII. The Raiders’ 52 points were their most in any game of 2002.

In their previous meeting, the Tennessee Titans won 13–10 on December 22, 2001. When they met again, the Oakland Raiders won 41–24 on January 19, 2003.
