Patriots beat Dolphins 19–13 in 2003 Week 7

The New England Patriots beat the Miami Dolphins 19–13 on the road at Pro Player Stadium in overtime in Week 7 of the 2003 regular season on October 19, 2003. It was a one-score game at the finish, decided by 6 points.

It was the only game of Week 7 to need overtime.

The result moved the Patriots to 5–2 and dropped the Dolphins to 4–2. It was the Patriots’ third straight win. The Patriots finished 2003 at 14–2 and won Super Bowl XXXVIII. The Dolphins finished 2003 at 10–6 and missed the playoffs.
