Ravens beat Patriots 28–13 in the AFC Championship Game

The Baltimore Ravens beat the New England Patriots 28–13 on the road at Gillette Stadium in the AFC Championship Game of the 2012 playoffs on January 20, 2013.

The Ravens went 10–6 in the regular season and the Patriots went 12–4. The Ravens had already beaten the Indianapolis Colts in the Wild Card round and the Denver Broncos in the Divisional round. The Ravens went on to win Super Bowl XLVII, beating the San Francisco 49ers 34–31. The loss ended the Patriots’ season. The Patriots’ 13 points were their fewest in any game of 2012.

In their previous meeting, the Baltimore Ravens won 31–30 on September 23, 2012. When they met again, the New England Patriots won 41–7 on December 22, 2013.
