Perfect from long range

Shrader is 6 of 6 from 50 yards and beyond, 5 of 5 from 40 to 49, 3 of 3 from 30 to 39 and 2 of 2 inside 30. He has made two 58-yarders, one in the opener against Baltimore and one in the Week 3 win over Houston, when his 53-yard field goal won the game.

He is not the only kicker without a miss. Reichard is 15 of 15 for Minnesota, Myers and McPherson are both 10 of 10, Tyler Bass is 9 of 9 for Buffalo and Bates is 8 of 8 for Detroit. Among the kickers in the top 15 in scoring, nobody else has more than five field goals from 50 yards or longer. Shrader’s only miss of the season is the extra point against the Ravens.

A chance to stretch the lead

The Colts host the winless Titans on Sunday in Week 6. Gibbs and the Lions are on a bye, and so are Reichard and the 5-0 Vikings. Henry’s Ravens visit Cleveland and Allen’s Bills play at Las Vegas on Sunday, while Myers and the Seahawks play Thursday night at Denver.
