Chiefs beat Browns 41–20 in 2003 Week 10

The Kansas City Chiefs beat the Cleveland Browns 41–20 at home at Arrowhead Stadium in Week 10 of the 2003 regular season on November 9, 2003.

The result moved the Chiefs to 9–0 and dropped the Browns to 3–6. It was the Chiefs’ ninth straight win. It was the Browns’ third straight loss. The Browns finished 2003 at 5–11 and missed the playoffs. The Chiefs finished 2003 at 13–3 and lost in the Divisional round.
