Eagles beat Vikings 26–14 in the Wild Card round

The Philadelphia Eagles beat the Minnesota Vikings 26–14 on the road at Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in the Wild Card round of the 2008 playoffs on January 4, 2009.

The Eagles went 9–6–1 in the regular season and the Vikings went 10–6. The Eagles’ run ended in the NFC Championship Game, a 32–25 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. The loss ended the Vikings’ season.

In their previous meeting, the Philadelphia Eagles won 23–16 on October 28, 2007. When they met again, the Minnesota Vikings won 24–14 on December 28, 2010.
