The Baltimore Ravens beat the New York Giants 34–7 at Raymond James Stadium, a neutral site, in Super Bowl XXXV on January 28, 2001.

The Ravens had already beaten the Denver Broncos in the Wild Card round, the Tennessee Titans in the Divisional round, and the Oakland Raiders in the AFC Championship Game.
