Giants beat Buccaneers 24–14 in the Wild Card round

The New York Giants beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 24–14 on the road at Raymond James Stadium in the Wild Card round of the 2007 playoffs on January 6, 2008.

The Giants went 10–6 in the regular season and the Buccaneers went 9–7. The Giants went on to win Super Bowl XLII, beating the New England Patriots 17–14. The loss ended the Buccaneers’ season.

In their previous meeting, the New York Giants won 17–3 on October 29, 2006. When they met again, the New York Giants won 24–0 on September 27, 2009.
