The Baltimore Ravens beat the Cleveland Browns 28–10 at home at M&T Bank Stadium in Week 3 of the 2008 regular season on September 21, 2008.

The result moved the Ravens to 2–0 and dropped the Browns to 0–3. It was the Browns’ third straight loss. The Browns finished 2008 at 4–12 and missed the playoffs. The Ravens finished 2008 at 11–5 and lost in the AFC Championship Game.
