Jets beat Bengals 24–14 in the Wild Card round

The New York Jets beat the Cincinnati Bengals 24–14 on the road at Paul Brown Stadium in the Wild Card round of the 2009 playoffs on January 9, 2010.

The Jets went 9–7 in the regular season and the Bengals went 10–6. The Jets’ run ended in the AFC Championship Game, a 30–17 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. The loss ended the Bengals’ season.

In their previous meeting, the New York Jets won 37–0 on January 3, 2010. When they met again, the New York Jets won 26–10 on November 25, 2010.
