Buccaneers win Super Bowl LV, 31–9 over the Kansas City Chiefs

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Kansas City Chiefs 31–9 at Raymond James Stadium, a neutral site, in Super Bowl LV on February 7, 2021.

No other game of the 2020 playoffs was decided by as many points.

The Chiefs went 14–2 in the regular season and the Buccaneers went 11–5. The Buccaneers had already beaten Washington in the Wild Card round, the New Orleans Saints in the Divisional round, and the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship Game. Counting from the 1999 season, it was the franchise’s second Super Bowl title. The loss ended the Chiefs’ season. The Chiefs’ 9 points were their fewest in any game of 2020.
